Lily is a joy at four months, but she knows what she wants and if we are not on the ball with it, she will definitely let us know. She has mastered the art of nursing and as a result is growing steadily - however she remains "petite" for her age weighing in at 11 pounds (just over Jeff's birth weight!). Lily now consistently sleeps through the night, going to sleep around 7 p.m. and waking about 5:30 a.m. Napping has never been one of her strong suits, but she has recently made strides in this area due to Sara's extensive research on baby sleep and our efforts to let her cry after being soothed to her sleepy state.
Lily loves: Mom, Dad, Grandmas and Grandpas, Zeek - her super soft lovey blanket/animal, Sophie - an awesome toy that is perfect for chewing and holding, Jungle Night Club, her Sleep Sheep, bathtime and chewing on her hands
some recent add-on's: warm weather and swimming
Lily does not love: gas, being put in a car seat, trimming her fingernails, the cold wind, tummy time
